Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. An order is accepted once payment has been verified by our team (or paid with Sooth Coins).

Pricing

Prices are in Philippine Peso and may change without notice. The price at checkout applies to your order. Delivery fees depend on your location and are shown at checkout.

Payment

Payments are verified manually against our actual account records. We may cancel orders where payment cannot be verified. Cash on Delivery is offered at our discretion.

Sooth Coins

Sooth Coins are a prepaid store balance (1 coin = ₱1) that you load yourself; they are not credit, a loan or pay-later. Sooth Coins can only be used in this store. It cannot be withdrawn as cash, refunded to a bank or e-wallet, or transferred to another account. Bonus coins (from top-ups or given by the store) expires after the period shown in your account and is used first when you pay. If an order paid with Sooth Coins is cancelled or refunded, the credit is returned to your balance. Credit on blocked accounts is frozen. Top-ups are added only after we confirm the actual payment.

Age-restricted products

Age-restricted products are sold only to customers 18 years old and above who have completed identity verification. The recipient must present a valid government-issued ID upon delivery.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancellation is possible before shipping. Refunds are only issued for verified payments and never exceed the amount we actually received.
